    Hello!

I suppose I will do one more of these, since I have gotten so many new readers as of recent (I've said it before and I'll say it again, thank you Jory!). If you have any questions, ask them in the comments!

    How do you like cosplay?

I absolutely LOVE it! I've got a few small cons coming up, but Laslow's first time out was June 9th to a contest. It was so much fun. While I'm often a bit of a nervous wreck when in non-standard clothing, I've been getting used to it.

Where'd your sense of sarcasm go?

Away...for the most part. It'll still rear its ugly head every now and again, but I've started to set it to one side.

    What's your weakness?

I have two. Procrastination and spending money too fast.

    Do you work?

No, and I haven't held a job for more than a week. The one job I have held, I quit after two days because I wasn't built for the job. It was a great work environment and the people there were great, but it wasn't for me.

    So who is your waifu?

    Clorica from Rune Factory 4.

Are there any stereotypes about New Jersey that are true?

We do call roundabouts 'jughandles' and do call beaches 'shores', but that's about all.

So what do you look like?

By now, this is just a running joke. I already showed you in my cosplay photo. It's good enough.

In that photo, did you wear those sunglasses to mask your identity?

That actually was not the original intention. I wore them for two reasons: First, because I was planning on playing up Laslow's flirty side a bit more (I decided to take it easy at the contest), and second because I wanted to obscure the fact that my eye color doesn't match Laslow's (I refuse to wear contacts).

Why do you write TFs, and why do you write them in the way you do?

Like all children, my imagination was huge, and part of that was wanting to enter other worlds and interact. I loved my childhood, and wish I could have done more with it. Even though I'm still very young, being nineteen and all, my childhood is still over. It took a good amount of reflection and thinking, but I believe I write TFs to try and reconnect with that childhood.

I only recently figured out why I write the way I do. It partially has to do with my journalist roots, but it's mostly for another reason. I feel like my writing style, which focuses on vivid descriptions, real-life scenarios, depressing events and as little 'magic' as possible, helps also invoke a sense of adulthood and maturity. Reconnecting with your childhood while at the same time feeling like an adult is not an easy feeling to achieve, though it's a very nice feeling if you can achieve it.

In short, I write what I write to reconnect with my childhood, and I write it in such a way to feel like an adult at the same time...Or maybe I'm just overthinking things. Who knows. What I do know is, I love writing these, and look to continue doing so.

You got any questions for me? Ask away! In the meantime I will see you 'round.
Why do I do this?
